Each batch is managed through advanced digital profiling, ensuring consistent roast curves and repeatable results across every origin. The 120kg machine handles large-scale production, while the 60kg system is dedicated to small-batch development, R&D, and customized profiles for clients.
With this upgrade, Phase Malaysia now delivers complete coffee solutions from green bean sourcing and roasting to extraction and freeze-drying. The roastery stands as a key part of our integrated coffee ecosystem, allowing us to serve both OEM partners and private-label brands with full control over quality and flavor.
