Phase at Taiwan International Coffee Show 2025 - Our Debut on the Global Stage

The energy at the Taiwan International Coffee Show 2025 was electric — and this year, Phase made its long-awaited debut.

From November 14–17, we joined thousands of coffee professionals, roasters, and innovators from around the world in Taipei, showcasing the next evolution of freeze-dried coffee technology.

Phase Malaysia, operating independently but powered by WhiteXtar's technology, brought a full display of freeze-dried coffee, tea, and cocoa solutions.
Our booth became a hub for café owners, distributors, and product developers curious about how freeze-dried coffee can bridge the gap between instant convenience and specialty quality.

Visitors were introduced to our OEM & ODM capabilities covering everything from roasting and extraction to freeze-drying and final packaging. We also highlighted our Phase™ ZEROLOSS Extraction System, a proprietary process that preserves the delicate aroma and complexity of freshly brewed coffee, even in instant form.

The booth drew a steady crowd throughout all four days.
Attendees experienced our Phase Freeze-Dried Cups, OnePress instant brew demonstrations, and freeze-dried cube and chunk snacks, all crafted to show how technology and taste can coexist.

Many were surprised by the clarity, aroma, and flavor retention of our freeze-dried coffee  proof that “instant” no longer means compromise. We were proud to see visitors from Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Taiwan stop by for product sampling, OEM discussions, and partnership conversations.

As we wrap up an incredible four days in Taipei, we’re more inspired than ever to continue pushing boundaries in coffee manufacturing, design, and technology.
